If you believe you can help us make a difference read on and apply!About the role:We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a diverse range of positions across our Allied Health, Corporate functions and various Operational roles within the organisation. In addition this role will support with frontline service delivery Support Worker recruitment in peak demand periods.You will be responsible for working with our leaders to post job adverts via our online recruitment system (My Recruitment Plus), support with screening of candidates, conducting phone-screens, supporting leaders with booking their interviews, arranging for reference checks via online referencing tool (Referoo), finalising offers and drafting employment contracts. The role will also coordinate the new starters setup including data entry into our HRIS.About you: The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience with volume recruitment, with specific experience recruiting for Allied Health and corporate roles. Experience working in the not-for-profit sector for a disability support services (or similar) provider would be highly regarded. We operate in a dynamic environment and as such you will need to be resilient and capable of working in a business undertaking a period of transformational change.
