Open Minds is a values driven organisation, operating across Queensland and Northern NSW.  Reporting to the GM Client Services, the position will lead the delivery of services in an area including Brisbane to north Qld, including locations in Bundaberg, Nambour and Townsville.The position will focus on enhancing the organisational performance through consistent delivery of the highest levels of service to ensure organisational sustainability. The position is accountable for leadership of business growth, service delivery, and continuous improvement of services including planning, monitoring and evaluation of outcomes.Key RequirementsProven senior leadership experience in management in the not for profit or profit sector in disability or community mental health.Knowledge of NDIS and Mental Health sector reforms within government impacting on the non-government sectorDemonstrated experience in managing multiple service contracts and a diverse workforce.Strong financial skills with the ability to manage to budgets and drive revenue.Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.Excellent interpersonal /verbal communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a team within an agile and changing environment, collaborating with peers and teams to achieve resultsBenefitsBase salary plus superSalary packaging optionsVehicle/car allowance provided
