Open Minds is a values driven organisation, operating across Queensland and Northern NSW.The Role Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources you will work in collaboration with the HR team to identify recruitment needs, liaise with managers and Team Leaders to understand their resourcing needsKey Duties include:Obtain relevant approvals to action recruitment requestsEnsure PDs are developed to enable quality recruitment against appropriate selection criteriaMonitor and manage advertising budgets, advertising positionsManage myRecruitment+ and predict-r systemsReview resumes, screen, use psychometric testing where relevant and shortlist candidatesFacilitate face-to-face interviews in conjunction with hiring managers as requiredCoordinate and participate in Group Assessments as requiredCollect ID and manage police checks, VEVO checks, blue and yellow cardsConduct phone interviews as required and Conduct reference checksWhere required, facilitate student placements including the required compliance paperworkManage Recruitment Inbox / Recruitment spreadsheet / Recruitment referralsProvide regular reporting on recruitmentManage HR administrative functions including managing new starters set up to the business / staff details in Aurion (onboarding, variations, departures), provide appropriate information to payroll to enable smooth staff details management.Creating new employment packs including creating contracts, Online Induction enrolment and letters, creating staff ID cards What we offer:$30.48 per hour and option to salary sacrifice up to $15,900Strong leaders, who are passionate and foster great teams and drive engagementCulturally safe working environmentInvestment into your professional development To be considered for this role:A Diploma or higher qualification in business administration or Human Resources. Essential skills, knowledge and experienceAccomplished experience in recruitmentHigh attention to detail to ensure accuracyAbility to work flexibly and take initiative to achieve results with minimal supervisionDemonstrated problem solving abilityHighly organized with good time management capability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team environment and resolve conflictsAdvanced computer skills with ability to learn new systemsAbility to use of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to continuously improve processesKey RequirementsHold and maintain a current Working with children and Positive Disability Screening checkOpen C class driver’s licence 50000 AUD Woolloongabba 4102
