If you believe you can help us make a difference read on and apply!  Reporting to the General Manager of People, Quality and Safety, the Employee Relations Specialist provides expert advice on a broad spectrum of employee relations issues. This position is responsible for leading the design and implementation of a strategic Industrial Relations framework which ensures the commercial sustainability of the organisation. This position provides high level advice on escalated and complex employee relations matters. You will be an integral member of the People Quality and Safety team in managing employee relations.This role is being offered flexibly on a part-time basis.
