  • Partnering with the business to determine the Technology needs of the organisation with a focus on cloud first, mobile first and digital security to meet current and future direction
  • Implementing and upgrading technology solutions to fulfil the organisation’s information systems requirements
  • Manage, support and monitoring performance of team members
  • Lead Technology projects, including design and deployment of new technology solutions and services
  • Identify, incubate, and experiment with new ideas and concepts, ensuring a culture of learning and innovation, as well a learning culture within management

About you

We are seeking a creative and dynamic leader, with the following attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience working in IT operations
  • Proven experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT solutions across various technologies
  • Sound knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and systems administration
  • Demonstrated project management skills and strong ability to prioritise
  • Innovative thinker with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible working hours
